Connection between aluminum / silver flat pad

Hello,

I have to connect aluminum cast flat pad to silver plated flat pad. I think to place between two flat pads a bimetallic sheet alu-copper. Do you think it is the best solution? A guy told me to apply silver spray to copper side of sheet. Do you know this kind of spray? I need your help.

Silver spray is available from many suppliers, including 3 or 4 listed in our Directory of Chemicals and Perishables here.

For this application, though, I think you might be better off electroplating the aluminum with silver.
