Looking for dimensionally stable electrodes-DSA Titanium

I have a DIY project of making a chlorine generator (sodium hypochlorite), but having trouble of finding DSA titanium as electrodes at a relative low budget. Any suggestion, please help. I would need two dimensionally stable titanium electrode, each has an area about 40 sq. in.
