Sealing galvanized metal

Q. What product should I use to seal sheets of galvanized metal that will be installed as wainscoting in a bathroom? Are there lacquer products or other coatings you would recommend? Thanks!

A. One word - powdercoat
Impervious to just about everything, and will last longer than the house. If the intent is commercial, it is also super easy to clean off those nifty poems by using alcohol, and will not even dull powder.

A. I searched forever trying to find a clear finish for galvanized metals, and finally found the product below. So far it is doing a great job. Hope this helps.
