Acid and enamel ware




Are enamel wares (cups pots etc) safe for holding acids (HNO3 HCl aqua regia etc) hot or cold ?

Dear Claude Hudon

You ask about the enamel wares are safe for holding acidic solution . Some types of enamel painting are acid resistance so if the enamel painting of these wares are acid resistance you can holding acidic solution in it at room temperature . You can check it by acid resistance test.
