Debonding problems with metallized PVC film

I have some problems with debonding after metallizing PVC film for, for instance, sweets wrap. I would need some advise to improve the formulation based on tin carboxylate, GMO as internal lubricant and Loxiol G72 as external lubricant. Thank you sincerely for your help

Flame or spark treatment seems to be the only way to improve adhesion.
