IVD Peel Strength

I am interested in the peel strength of IVD aluminum coatings on aluminum substrates. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

The strength should be as good as the tensile strength of the aluminum if done properly.

Here at our shop we coat a variety of aluminum alloys with IVD Aluminum. For a peel test, we use 3M tape #250 on the IVD Aluminum. This #250 tape has a peel strength of 62 lbs PSI.
