HELP! Painting on nickel electroless

(1999)

We are looking for a painting system able to be directly applied onto a plastic part made of a polimeric blend (ABS+PC)coated with an electroless nickel. We'l like to find out a paint able to withstand to harsh weather condition -45°C +55 °C and to the abrasion tipically encountered during the use of an hand held portable equipement. It is important not to use a primer under the paint in order to reduce the thickness of the painting system. We've tried with a blend of Acrilic and Poliurethanic paint catalized with a fast curing catalizer, the results sound pretty good but, unfortunately, our customer need a tougher coating. If somebody can help, we'll appreciate it very much. Best Regards Stefano
