CP Ti etch maskant

We are currently etching 4902 (.018-.022" thk) titanium for bonding to composite fan blades. One side is masked with tape and the "etched" side is spattered with a maskant ( a spray on adhesive, very tough to remove). I am looking for a maskant that will stand up to a fairly mild Hf and Ni bath that can be removed reasonably easy. Can anyone enlighten me on alternative sprayable maskants and methods? Has anyone used Dapco 10220? Thank you.
