Restore interior of rusting cast iron teapot

I own a Japanese cast iron teapot that is losing its interior enamel and beginning to rust. I am looking for a product to enable me to refinish or restore the teapot. Is such a thing available to consumers?

I also have an iron teapot that I would like to use for brewing tea, but the interior enamel is damaged, and so it rusts in the exposed area and I would like to know if there is any way I can restore it. Is there something that can be painted on, that, when dry, is heat resistant to 212degrees and is non-reactive?

I am looking for a solution to refinish the rusty interior of a cast iron teapot as well. Did you guys ever find out how? Thanks.
