Q. I am an student of mechanical eng. & I am working in my uncle's plating industries. I want to know about any diamond composite plating process. I want to know,which chemicals are use & process for diamond composite plating.

A. Assuming you already thoroughly know how to electroplate, the method simply involves keeping the diamond particles in suspension so they co-deposit and are encapsulated. There is brief mention of the subject in Dini's "Electrodeposition: The Materials Science of Coatings and Substrates".
A lit search will reveal dozens of articles and patents on the subject, and you can license a fully developed process from firms like Surface Technology.
