Q. What's the special advantage of enamel coating. Is it for withstanding High temperature? If it is, how high is the permissible temperature before the coating breaks?

A. Enamel coating usually apply on steel surface for rust resistance, it normally can stand 700° C, some enamel coatings may mix with porcelain powder that can achieve 200& deg; C more.
