Etching of NiAlMn alloys

I have a problem related to the etching of NiAlMn compounds. I tried several acid solutions without success. I will be grateful to you if you can give me a hand.

Hi T. Can you please tell us what those several acid solutions that you tried were, and in what ways the effort was unsuccessful? We've found that questions posed this way suggest to the readers that you already tried what they are thinking of proposing, and found it unsatisfactory; so they often don't bother and the questions remain unanswered. Sorry, but that's the way it seems to go. Thanks!
