Finishing zamak alloy

I am interested in quick method to finish the high pressure cast pieces. The pieces are of Zamak (Zn-Al-Cu alloy) and after casting and finishing the pieces are coated with chrome (galvanize method). The pieces are small, about 0,010 - 0,050 kg.

Only telling about the weight of the components is not enough. You also have to mention about its design, e.g., if it has internal drill, taper, other intricacies, etc. Given this information I would suggest you the right process.

Quick is a relative term, maybe volume of pieces plus time cycle would be better. If your parts can be processed in a mass finishing system, then you want to consider a centrifugal barrel system first followed by a disc system. That order can change based upon part size and configuration. There are limitations on all processes.
