Need E-coating Service

2004

Need APPROVED shop for applying Mil P-53084. Need shop who is capable of E-coating, I.A.W. Mil-P-53084. Must be able to meet requirements set by Government. This would be large (qty) scale. Parts would be mostly Aluminum, but with some steel. We would produce the holding racks for the parts. If Zinc Phosphate is in their process, that would have to be Government approved also. We have dealt with E-coaters that claim to be approved, but turns out they are only using the product which was approved, please only serious shops that understand the requirements.

Need TS 16949 E-coating for Automotive OES Products. I work in the Service division of a major automobile manufacturer and currently I am looking for an E-coater that has the capability to process material that measures a minimum 110 inches in length. This company must be able to pass stringent quality control standards and be TS16949-certified and have the ability to handle very high volume of multiple products.
