Dear Robert: It is very simple if look on The Metal Finishing Guide Book; there you will find averything you need according to your specific needs, type of chemicals, concentration, and or temp.

I don't see anything at all about tank covers in the Metal Finishing Guidebook. I think Mr. Garza may have confused your interest in tank covers for an interest in exhaust ventilation systems? If you find a good cover design, let us know; it's certainly an important subject, but one that I don't think has been well covered in the journals or books serving our industry.

P.S. (-): At least two companies, Stohrer in Germany and Haden in Auburn Hills, MI have quoted sophisticated cover designs for an anodizing lines for a client project.
