Our galvanized parts are dull

We export galvanized products to our customers in the USA. However, our customers complain the material becomes dull when it arrives in the USA and hence, is difficult to sell. Our competitors who galvanize their products in the USA have a shine which lasts longer (for 6 months). Our shine lasts barely 3 weeks and then becomes dull. How can we rectify it?

Thank you.

? Hi Nathany. Do you chromate the material? Do you lacquer it? Please explain what you are doing, then we may be able to suggest how to improve it. Thanks.
