Quality problem in zinc plating
Q. Would you mind to send me the details of zinc plating process for M.S. items. What are the critical parameters to be controlled for optimum quality of plating? How do we take care of scratches on the surface so that they are not visible after plating ?

A. Give me your credit card number and I'll pick out a couple of books about zinc plating for you, Mr. Chogle.
Seriously, although we can answer specific questions -- like, for example, the fact that you can't fill scratches like that with plating, but must polish the metal before plating -- what you are looking for is at least book length; people have spent their entire careers learning quality control of zinc plating.
My suggestion is to begin by establishing a relationship with a local vendor of proprietary zinc plating processes. They can help a great deal. Best of luck.
