I suggest that you contact Technic. Providence Rhode Island ,I just visited their plant manufacturing facility in Florida in January and they were building a machine very similar to your requirements and boy was I impressed with the quality of construction . Give them a call

Look also at MECO EQUIPMENT as well. Compare them both and make your choice. Also galvanotech in New Jersey, Carolinch in the USA, or EEJA or Mitomo in Japan or MSA in Germany are possibilities. Normally the investment justifies some time in choosing a good vendor. Need further info, let me know
