-----Hot or Cold Water to Rinse Sulfuric Acid
Q. What is best to rinse sulfuric acid? Hot water or cold water? By the word "best" I mean in terms of speed.

A. There is an exception to every rule, but I don't know the exception to the rule that hot water rinses faster :-)

A. Hi, hot water rinsing after sulfuric acid is faster than cold water rinsing but it is very bad as following :-
1- with hot water rinsing much gas (HYDROGEN ) will be evaporated which will be make a bad effect in the human and machine so you must be have a good ventilation system.
2- if your product is steel, after hot water rinsing the water in surface of steel will be directly evaporating and the surface will make atmospheric corrosion directly because the surface of steel becomes very active after pickling; so you must study the idea well.
