Want my car chassis electrolytically de-rusted

 (1999)

I have an old (65) car that has a fiberglass body, lets just say over the years, the chassis has built up lots of rust to scrape off. Is there any company local in Virginia Beach that can remove rust through chemicals and electricity, if so who should I contact and any other thoughts.

Thanks

(2002)

I have a 1991 dodge spirit, it is a great car , excellent shape but I have a few rust spot. What is the best and least expensive way to get rid of that pesky rust. If you have any othe suggestions, greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
