Application ideas for conductive, solderable polymer coating?

(1998)

We accidentally invented a nickel-based polymer coating that can be sprayed brushed or dipped on virtually any substrate (metals, most plastics, glass, etc.). Once cured, the surface becomes conductive, solderable and very corrosion resistant.

Does anyone have any ideas, regarding application possibilities?

I would like to know more about your nickel-based polymer coating. If I could use this, I would want to web coat a 1um or less coating on PET. I am not sure I would have a use for it, but it does have me curious.

I am also interested in this nickel based conductive polymer.

I work in optical packaging development and can think of multiple uses for such a coating. I would like to obtain more details about its properties. Particularly, I would be interested in typical surface roughness and adhesion to glass substrates.

I would like to get more detail on the properties of your conductive coating. I would like to use it to screen print electrical circuits on a plastic substrate for automotive lighting applications.

I am really interested in conductive polymer composites, however I can not find enough information about the manufacture and types of these polymers. Thank you for your considerations.

Hello -

I am very interested in your nickel based conductive polymer. Also, I'm interested in experiences that other posters have had with conductive polymers.

Thanks.

Hi, I'm trying to find if anyone has sourced a transparent/clear conductive coating that can be applied to inanimate objects made of wood or plastic. We wish to apply the coating to the object so that when it is touched, it carries the charge from user to the surface where the object is resting.

I noticed that someone had discovered RB-048, at www.hznano.com/en/, how did that work out for you?

Any suggestions from the group?
thanks
