-----On-line coatings for water pipes

I want to know of any material that can be applied for corrosion protection for API grade steel pipes for WATER applications PRIOR to forming pipes ( on-line at the steel plant/ at the slitting line). Is anyone doing such coating presently?
The coating will have to be bendable without cracking or debonding ( at pipe forming stage), unburnable at the seam welding stage, including -no cracking/debonding. Further, the same coating will be applied to the weld zone, hence, the material should form a good bond with the substrate as well as the layer applied earlier.
Do let me know if you have something in mind. The guaranteed life expectancy of the coating as required by the end users is 100years( with cathodic protection).
