Copper fittings finishing

Dear Sir,
We manufacture Copper pipe fittings for refrigeration and plumbing. We wash copper fittings in chemicals like nitric, sulfuric after that we put the fittings in vibrating machine having steel balls we get the require finishing.

But after 2-3 days the fittings get black and dull is there any material or anti-tarnishing solution to keep the product shine for at least 1 month or more.
Your information will be most help to us.

Dear Devang,

There are many commercially available anti-tarnishing solutions which will prevent oxidation in 2 - 3 days. There are large manufacturers of refrigeration systems near your place in Gujarat. Find out what they are using, it would be most suitable to your type of climate.
