Can I use Alodine over Aluminium? and what the process is?

Hello, David. Alodine in this context is a Henkel Surface Technology trade name for a series of products for MIL-C-5541 chromate conversion coating, if that helps. It is made for aluminum, so yes you certainly can apply it to aluminum, but we don't know whether you SHOULD depending what you are trying to do :-)
