-----Coefficient of friction for chrome plated rollers/surface
I would like to know a method to calculate coefficient of friction between chrome plated rollers (or other surface) and Nylon fabric (tyre cord fabric). This is required in order to design Pull Roll Stands for our fabric treating line. This is very critical parameter for the complete & accurate design of the machine. I hope you would help me in this regard.

You have to measure it according to its definition. The sliding force exerted by one surface on another that is in contact. Lateral force divided by perpendicular force gives the number.
