Rusty Singer sewing machine
2003
I have an old Singer sewing machine that was stored near a town by the ocean.
It is very rusty and am looking for the best way to clean the rust but not ruin the metal.
Thank you for the help.

Hello, I've inherited an antique Singer sewing machine from my grandpa, he had bought it at a garage sale one day many years ago, I found it shoved aside in a closet. I did some research and found out that it was made in either 1950 or 1951, it's model number is most-likely 15-91, and the serial number is AK012746. It's in fairly good shape, it works just fine but the finish is a little dull...I was wondering what I should do to "spruce it up" a bit and give it a little shine?
