Alodine 600 on Titanium

We have done a blend repair on a titanium fitting. We have been told to treat the bare areas with Alodine 600. Is this the correct treatment to use ?

Thanks,

Tim,

Who told you to use this? Was it the aircraft mfg? Defer to them for what they have FAA approval for. I thought the Alodine family was for Aluminum. Titanium has lots of rules; don't nick with cad, don't clean with methanol.
