How do I select the right Neutralizing Amine for a long branched condensate system.

NH4OH (ammonium hydroxide solution) is common used. Actually on practical basis any amine can be used to neutralize the acidic condition in system. Cost, Toxicity, Handling, Supply will be the keys consideration. Please let me know if you still need more information.
