-----Solder adhesion to 1095 steel
I have a length of 1095 steel (piece of a steel tape measurer 1.25" wide x .006" thick and several inches long). I am looking to solder a piece of copper wire to an area of the tape that I have sand blasted. What finish do I need to apply to the 1095 steel in order get good solder adhesion?
