Hi, Ragothuman. What pretreatment and painting processes are your currently using? What salt spray hours and UV resistance are you presently getting? It may give us a clue to the weakest link; for example, does your system lack an e-coating step or zinc phosphatizing? Those are probably your starting point. Good luck.
