Sea water use for drinking purpose, required help

I want to clean sea water (salt and other minerals) through steam for drink purpose but as per some health documents , steam water is not good for health , because it is mineral free. I want to use steam water for drinking purpose which things we add in water to maintain drinking standard of health.

Direct simple way is to put some(not all) salts dissolve back as require by the regulation. This is not the best way but will help some.
