Can you give me full detail on the epoxy powder coating processes that must be followed for bare metal as well as galvanised metal? What equipment are needed? Specifications of oven temp. etc.
Kind regards,

For both substrates, you need to do a pre treatment process. The basic steps are: Degreasing, Derusting, Activation, Phosphating, Sealing with appropriate stages of rinsing thrown in. The stages depend upon the quality of the substrate and the performance requirement of the finished coating.
The dry pre treated substrate is powder coated and then baked.
You require a pre treatment line, powder coating and powder recovery system, baking oven and material handling system.
The baking is done at 175-225 °C.
Hope this helps.
