Need E-Coating source

I am looking for e-coating sources in Beijing and Shanghai, China. The source should be capable to e-coat 20 µm and 40 µm thickness, parts dimensions max. 300 mm * 1200 mm, total throughput approx. 100,000 square meters per year.
