-----Aluminum cleaning
I have recently opened a small aluminium shipyard and have some trouble finding some products.Could someone tell me which is the mild acid used to clean aluminium after welding, before painting.I think it's chloridric acid but am not sure.Thank you.

Greg, another good mild acid to use is phosphoric acid, for the cleaning of aluminum. but be careful , it may leave some smut on the part and you may have to use an alkaline cleaner to remove it.
