Refinishing and repairing stone sculptor by Ike Boring

I need help refinishing 3 busts. It looks like there's a bronze coating but it's flaking and I need to repair parts. They're made of stone and plaster I believe. My grandfather Ike Boring in the 50's was the sculptor. He made many of famous Presidents, etc... Thank you.
