Connection of PC to FPC

I want a method of connecting a pc card with an FPC so that the pc card rests or is pressed onto the FPC in a held position. The contact needs to be on the non smt side of the pc. The product is a consumer sports product.

I'm an amateur custom knife maker and there seems to be a lot of disagreement about the value of titanium over stainless steel for a liner lock spring. I was wondering if anyone knew the down sides of using titanium the pros are well known but few people say anything about the cons. and help would be appreciated.
