Waterproof electrically insulating dip-coating enamel

I am looking for a kind of enamel, adhesive or paint to dip-coating 0.1mm diameter platinum wires for electrically insulating purpose. The coated wires will be placed in aqueous solutions for long time (one year). Please recommend proper products, thank you very much!

Aqueous solution is not definite enough for a positive answer. At what temperature and what else is in the solution. Will leaching of material from the coating cause any problems? With what you gave, check Lowes, WalMart or Home Depot for a vinyl dip for pliers and other hand tools. It is tough, will stand most inorganic chemicals that are not oxidizing and relatively high liquid temps. It is an excellent insulator.
