SS316L contamination - remedies

We have recently installed a SS 316L piping system in one of the Power Plants in the East African Region. Since other contractors were also working in the vicinity, the SS 316L has picked up iron contaminations. In some cases, the MS welding and grinding splatters have impinged on the SS pipe surfaces. I require your expert advice on how to tackle this problem and make SS pipes free from Contamination.
