CAN WE ANODIZE ALUMINIUM UTENSILS WITH OUT USING HARMFUL ACIDS?

HOW CAN WE GET AN ANODIZED FINISH/LOOK ON ALUMINIUM COOKING UTENSILS WITHOUT DIPPING THEM IN HARMFUL ACIDS?

The acids used in etching and anodizing aluminum are not harmful to it. What exactly do you mean by "harmful acids"? I don't understand an anodized "look". Surely you want a real anodized surface that actually delivers corrosion resistance, hardness, and durability--not a fake finish to fool the consumers :-)
