Clear coat

Sir,

I have painted a model boat with Tremclad, the boat uses gas for power, I gave it three coats of Tremclad clear coat but gas got on the finish and lifted the clear coat, what would be the best clear coat for me to use.

Try a urethane they have very good chemical resistance.
