Copper sealer to keep fence caps shiny

2003

I just had copper caps put on an outside fence and on the posts...I want to keep them shiny...Is there a sealer or wax to enable me to clean them less often..Also what is the best copper cleaner and easiest to use. Also what about the winter time when I won't be able to keep them shiny...Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
