ASTM Electrochemical test for rebar in concrete

I am a materials science student at the university of Cincinnati. I am looking for the standard ASTM test for the quality of rebar in concrete, I know its an electrochemical test but I am not able to point at the right now in the ASTM books. Can some one help me here?

You can search the ASTM web site at www.astm.org or call them and ask them to direct you to the chairman of committee C01 on Cement. That person can help you.
