Reflective paper for solar cooker applications

I am trying to build efficient solar water heaters and cookers. These appliances would be used in the underdeveloped and countries by private citizens as well as businesses and state institutions. My intention is to demonstrate the idea that solar energy is not only free, but practical as well. In addition, I plan to visit many local schools and demonstrate to the live audiences how easy it is to build solar appliances. If I can reach few enthusiastic students, my plan is to start a number of solar clubs in our area under the umbrella of Environmentalists.

This particular paper should be highly reflective (akin to aluminum foil used for cooking), not thicker than 1/8", water resistant (if possible), very smooth, flexible, and not expensive. I am also investigating the possibility of using the "C" band satellite dishes for conversion to solar cookers. Since the introduction of the digital satellite, we have thousands of used 8' dishes being thrown all over. These dishes can be put to a good use as solar cookers/water heaters. I am open to any ideas and suggestions regarding solar applications, and at the same time offer to anybody interested in heat transfer help as to the heat properties of various materials. I am a semi retired engineer.

To my knowledge, the solar heaters and cookers, both are sold in thousands in countries like India. If you are not aware of it, please investigate before proceeding.
