Tarnishing of plated products

I manufacture keyrings in zinc and am having a problem after plating, with tarnishing. What can I do to prevent the keyrings from tarnishing within a week?

You haven't even told us what you plate them with, Mr. Anthony. There is no magic, universal, solution to all forms of tarnish on all metals unfortunately. It is possible that sealing them in desiccant could help, or dipping in lacquer, or drying them better, or gold plating them--but who knows if you don't give us the facts? :-)
