Rusting Iron and Copper

I am attempting to rust iron to orange and copper to green as quickly as possible. I have not found the acid that would do that for me. Could you let me know?

Thank You

Try these two recipes!

For iron: 20 gm. iron chloride/1 lit. water

For copper:200 gm.ammonium chloride/200 gm.ammonium carbonate/1 lit. water

Both must be applied on thoroughly degreased and oxide free surfaces!
