-----Bird Bath
I recently bought a bird bath that has a copper bowl. Is there anything I should do to protect it from the water. Do I seal it with anything, or just put it outside and let it be?

- If it is genuine solid copper, I'd put it out and let it turn green over the years.
- If it's copper plated steel, I'd probably clear coat it so the copper doesn't wear through and the whole thing start to rust.
- If it's paint that just looks like copper, I would not advocate doing anything whatsoever to it, which might react with the paint.
Unless you actually know exactly what it is, not just that it's copper colored, unfortunately it's hard to offer advice :-(
