Chroming of plastic emblem on my car

I have a plastic ring that fits around an aftermarket Grille for my car. I would like to finish the ring in the same "Chrome" finish as the rest of the auto's trim, i.e., the emblem. I have not been able to find any such service, but I know it HAS to exist somewhere! Where & how can this be done?
