White specking issue on galvanneal

I would like to know if anyone has ever seen the "white specking" problem on galvanneal surfaces? I have seen and know the corrective actions for this problem on zinc surfaces using a zinc phoshate coating. The question has to do with an iron phosphate coating on a galvanneal surfaces. Has anyone ever seen this and if so what corrective actions where implemented.

White rust is a condition caused by water being pressure trapped in tension wrapped coils, can also be caused by moisture entering from outside walls after recoiling. To prevent chem.treat is applied before recoiling.
