What is the composition of Inconel

Q. Could someone please provide me with a breakdown of materials in Inconel? (Including percentages of each).I am told that it contains: nickel, chrome, columbium and titanium. Is this correct and are there any other constituents? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Q. I seem to remember at college, being told that the name "Inconel" was actual made up from some abbreviations, possibly of metals. Does anybody know where the name "Inconel" actually came from?
Thanks,
