Batch polishing process for 356 T6 aluminum castings

I am searching for a batch polishing process to be applied to aluminum castings 356 T6 to achieve show quality surface finish.

The process depends on the surface profile of the parts. I believe you are talking about mass finishing the parts. If your parts are over 35 RMS, you will need at least a 2 or 3 step process. The shape and size of the media to be used depends on the part configuration. The composition of the media is also a factor. If you can provide more info, we can make a better recommendation.
